Founded in 2010 by Pablo Velasco Ordóñez, the firm has developed a practice focused on intellectual and industrial property, technology, privacy, and market regulation and competition law. Its experience also encompasses corporate, health and employment law, as well as the negotiation and resolution of disputes in these fields.

Pablo Velasco brings together more than two decades of advisory, negotiation and litigation experience with specialist training in Colombia and Spain. His work combines the protection of intangible assets and rights in digital environments with the defence of clients’ interests before authorities and courts.
